Frankfurt Essentials: Must-See English Walking Tour & Stories
We are the #1 tour in Frankfurt for many reasons, but mainly our passion and desire to make your visit here memorable. We want you to wish you had more time in Frankfurt! Our professional, English-speaking guides tell you unique stories while showing you this historic and beautiful city. We believe the only way to see Frankfurt is on foot where you can enter buildings and see where history was made. We show you places the tour buses can't. The list of our stops is not in any particular order and may vary a bit due to events in the city or holidays. If one site is closed (like on Sundays), we may add another special site. It is an easy 3 hour walk, with comfort breaks, snack break, and is stroller and wheelchair friendly. Private tours & group tours available by request when you visit our website, where you can also book our Daily Tour. We answer emails promptly.

Worthwhile..Informative but 3 hrs is a bit long. Group age ranged from teens to 77. Guide Anneke is well versed and also does bike tours in summer. Found pace for us a bit fast. Maybe tour operator might consider a split group. A guide with slower pace for seniors and another guide for moderate to fast.

Hannas was our guide, and he did a wonderful job, spoke very good English, was very knowledgeable about the history of Frankfurt., and pointed out many interesting things! Would definitely recommend this tour early on your visit to Frankfurt!

Super knowledgeable and friendly guide! Got some great looks at the interior of many of the buildings and learn a ton about them.

I had a wonderful time on this tour. The entire tour ran smoothly and on time. The meeting spot was very easy to find. Our guide was kind, knowledgeable and engaging. He spoke perfect English. I highly recommend this tour. It’s a great way to learn the history of Frankfurt from someone who clearly is knowledgeable of the area and loves his city. Don’t miss this one!

The tour was really good. We learned a lot about the history. I wish we could have seen more sites and had a bit more walking. The highlight came at the end when we saw the Jewish Quarter. Very moving. I would recommend this tour, but know you'll spend the majority in old town.

It was a very informative tour and the tour guide was so very helpful and jolly, and most of all she knows well the place..

This is a long tour but very informative. Anika was a great guide and knows her stuff! While it was drizzly and rainy it wasn’t cold. We didn’t make the full three hours due to back pain but in the two hours we got thru there was lots to see. Would probably be even better during the summer!

It was a full three hour tour but it was so interesting that it went by very quickly! Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and able to give lots of information without it being overwhelming. She was very funny and interactive and answered all our questions.

An extremely interesting morning walking round Frankfurt. Our guide Jennifer was knowledgeable and engaging and we had an excellent 3 hour tour of the highlights of Frankfurt. Good pace and with a small group of ten she was able to answer everyone’s questions. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Frankfurt.
