Group size no more than nine people with breakfast and lunch with wine included. Unlike most other Mendoza agencies we actually enter Aconcagua Park and hike for one hour. An extravagant barbecue lunch with limitless wine is also included. Travel the old Trans-Andean railway via minibus on this 8-hour small-group tour. With your guide, pass the snow-capped Cordón del Plata and stop by the turquoise Potrerillos lake on your way to the mountain town of Uspallata. After passing through Penitentes Ski Resort you’ll reach Aconcagua Park. On your return back you will have the opportunity to stop and see Puente Del Inca, a naturally formed bridge over a steep ravine. Once in Uspallata you’ll enjoy an afternoon lunch of Argentine asado (local style barbecue - not gourmet) before concluding your tour at approximately at 5:30pm.

We had a wonderful experience on the High Mountain tour with Pablo and Osval. Pablo was attentive, informative, and clearly passionate about the region. We especially appreciated the depth of insights shared on the area’s history, geology, and native wildlife. It made the experience far more meaningful.

We went on a great sunny day and had a great view of the Aconcagua. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the wines in the region and of the area that we were visiting!! We were handed snacks while hiking, then had a great meal with wine! Everything was amazing and our tour guide was fantastic!!

What an incredible day in the Andes! 🏔️ We explored Aconcagua, saw the amazing Puente del Inca, and wrapped it up with a delicious asado in Uspallata—absolutely unforgettable. Huge shoutout to our guide Pablo for being so knowledgeable and engaging, and to Osvaldo for his expert driving on those mountain roads—we felt completely safe the whole way. If you’re in Mendoza, this tour is a must! ❤️🍷

We were fortunate to have a private tour with the guide/driver. The drive-time was nicely broken up into segments, with photo stops, snack stops, and plenty of clean bathroom options. The natural beauty started almost immediately, and never let up. The mountains, tunnels, vistas, waterways, and wildlife were amazing. The icing on the cake was BOTH the Aconcagua hike/views and the Inca natural bridge. We were well educated, entertained, fed, guided, and hosted. Run don’t walk.

This was an excellent trip with some magnificent views of the Andes. Lina and Walter from Trout and wine were extremely thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable. Lunch at El Ranchi was fantastic. And coffee at Rio was just the right pick me upper that we needed. 2 thumbs up and highly recommended. Great job team.
