Such an amazing experience was actually not as scary as i thought it was going to be and everything is more beautiful than i had imagined, the pilot was amazing and super friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our flight over the reef and whitsundays however we were in row 3 and had a slightly obscured view.

Everything was good, the explainations about the safety and during the flight as well were perfect, just the shuttle bus was driving like in WRC RALLYE i dont really mind cus im young but it was shaky maybe the older peoples can be stressed about it if its drives like that

What a brilliant experience from start to finish. Organisation from pickup, safety briefing, shown to plane, flight was amazing, photos afterwards with plane and pilot and drop off. An experience not to be missed ❤️

There were language options for the tour guide when I booked, so I chose Mandarin for my parents. I’m afraid of heights, so I was hoping they could follow the tour on their own. However, there was no Mandarin guidance at all. My parents didn’t understand what was happening throughout the tour, and they didn’t even know where to look. They completely missed the heart-shaped reef, which was supposed to be one of the highlights.

Pilot was outstanding technically. Perfect landing!! Didn’t give much information about Great Barrier Reef. Too bad because do important that people know about fragility Lots of waiting around time waiting for flight Wish we had Dave for pilot

We absolutely loved the trip! It was slightly disappointing that both of our headphones had no sound though. So we actually didn’t learn anything about the Whitsundays and almost missed the heart reef. Don’t let this stop you from booking because the trip is pure magic!

What an experience, from the easy check-in, relaxed cafe watching the flights return, to our pilot, Katie’s skill and commentary. This is a ‘must do’. Wonderful views from take off to landing. We have never been in a small plane before but the views of Heart Reef and some of the islands from 500 feet were out of this world. Thank you Katie and your team.
