Very well organised. Friendly staff, lovely lunch supplied, comfortable seats. The boat itself was so quiet, plenty of windows, and smooth sailing all the time. Tour guides, very knowledgeable and informative.

Went on the Spirit of the Wild river cruise. Only tickets left were for the all inclusive upper deck. Was a truly fantastic experience.

My son and I enjoyed a wonderful day together celebrating his 30th birthday. We had 4 seasons in a day but each time we docked for the Huon pine walk and at Sarah Island the weather was fine! Lunch was good. The whole experience was not only enjoyable but also educational. The boat was excellent and the staff were all amazing. I have had a photo on my wall for 35years of “Rock Island Bend” so to be able to have a real life experience of the Tasmanian wilderness and waterways was an actual bucket list achievement.

Could and should have been sooo much better if boat was equipped with any system that allowed vision from windows in inclemt weather [ which is normal situation at location. It need not be sophisticated, but zero vis. on a AU$ 200 / seat day is NOT acceptable. I would not recommend the experience in inclement weather, which is common in the area.

It rained the whole time but this only added to the atmosphere. Lunch was lovely. Had a lovely time. Very informative. We were able to go on all 3 decks and roam freely while cruising up the river

This cruise met all expectations plus more. From the checking in, which was easy, to boarding, we were greeted by friendly staff. Once on board, the staff were fabulous, especially James and Erin. James's knowledge of the area was exceptional. He engaged with the people on board and had a wealth of knowledge to share in a clear, entertaining way. Erin was the ultimate hostess. She made sure we were comfortable and offered us refreshments and food which was delicious. Nothing was to much trouble. The catering was superb. I would recommend this cruise to everyone. It was great value for money.
