Breathtaking NYC: 90-Min Open-Top Iconic Bus Tour

Monday 9 February, took the red line bus from Times Square downtown - no problems ( booked for 2 days Saturday 7 Feb but Sunday cancelled due to weather , checked on Saturday with staff - we would automatically get additional day on the Monday) Tried to get back on the bus at Wall Street but was refused as ticket had expired - yes of course it had expired but we had no day on the Sunday! Guy was rude and just wouldnt listen - thank god for the driver who saw we were having problems and let us on. That was lunchtime and although we had plenty of time left we walked the rest of the day, not impressed!

Fun and informative. Even though it was freezing cold out we still sat upstairs and it was great. I highly recommend it.

My sister and I spent the weekend in NYC, and since it was her first time visiting, we decided to try the hop‑on hop‑off bus tour. It turned out to be such a wonderful experience. We both absolutely loved it. We learned so much about the city—insights and stories we never would have discovered on our own. It truly made our trip even more memorable.

Staff not helpful drivers not helpful or friendly commentary doesn't relate to what's around you say on website that it runs every 30mins but blue run is every hr and half not a great experience at all

Big Bus New York is absolutely worth it. I’ve done Big Bus Tours in many countries around the world, and the experience is always excellent — New York included. With the guided tour audio, you don’t just see the city — you actually understand what you’re looking at, the history, and the stories behind each place. It’s one of the best ways to explore the city: comfortable, well-organized, and efficient. For me, Big Bus is the best way to travel and truly experience a city.

Not so good as the bus only operates until 5pm and therefore we need to uber back to downtown from uptown … also the driver is not friendly and did not inform us about the EarPods that we can use while on board

Easy way to see lots and get your bearings of the city. We did both the uptown and downtown loops. Preferred the downtown. Good value for money, for both getting about the city and seeing things. The commentary is good too.

The hob on hop off pass is worth the money - the drivers were really helpful.Would highly recommend this company

Probably the worst Bug Bus ride in the world and we’ve done lots. Driver either gos too fast and the commentary can’t keep up or commentary keeps sticking and repeating itself or misses out vital information. Discovered this when we repeated a journey. An expensive bus ride listening to too much music.

It was my first time solo trip easy to follow the first time in my thoughts. Great experience 👍 try.
