Our guide MU was very sweet and helped us with everything from fansipan legend to our luggage transfer and everything was very nicely executed.

The experience was great. Beautiful tourist attraction and our tour guide (Mu) is very friendly and accommodating. Overall it is a nice experience and must give a try.

This is a good trip and very interesting experience of local tribes and ways of life up in the mountains . The home stay is quite basic so you need to be prepared but food is good and it’s just one night . Only disappointment is that we didn’t get any time in Sapa itself to wander round the town - would have chosen not to have lunch to get some time to visit the town

The trip was a great experience to see Sapa and the little villages. Our guide Chang was very friendly and explained many traditions. During the trek you have a great view of the mountains and you can see many different animals. Overall it was a great tour.

I had a great experience and saw a lot of nice things. The nature is so beautiful and Chang (our Tourguide) was so friendly and kind. I enjoyed seeing different local people and animals. The food was good and the home stay was clean and cozy.

We had an amazing time during our Sapa Trekking Tour. Sadly it was raining the 2nd day and it was slippery but we still had a lot of fun and stunning views. Our tour guide, Chang, told us a lot about the region and how people grow up and live in Vietnam.

This was the best tour and the best experience in my 14-day Vietnam trip. First, we spent roughly 7 hours on the sleeper bus which made the way a bit easier. Upon arrival we had lunch and then we started the first trek which was roughly 12km. Our guide Zao was incredible - she was funny, nice and adventurous. The tempo was good although my group was really fit so we could go a bit faster. The bungalows we slept at were adorable and in the evening the whole group ate dinner together which was incredible. We met so many cool people from across the world. We talked about various topics, exchanged travel tips and cheered some happy water together. The next day we had breakfast and headed to our second 7km walk throughout the village and bamboo forest. When we got back we ate lunch and then headed back home. The views were breathtaking, the people charming and the stories unforgettable!!!

The places you visit are okay, the home stay and food are also okay. The problems I encountered with this tour were 1) lack of professional communication with the agency and 2) the guide during our stay. The second point was just bad luck as other guides seemed professional and willing to work. However our group had bad luck, as we had Dao who was really not willing to work. She was always trying to convince us to walk on the main road with the cars instead of the supposed route in nature. She was also walking 500 m ahead of the whole group not checking on people or explaining anything. She was also not checking at intersections. Conclusion: you can even get lost!. She also did not come with the group till the end like other guides to " be back with her family early". As I said, other guides were explaining, walking with the group and making the whole itinerary.
