Adam is very engaging. He seems to love what he does. He has a great sense of humor. He is well prepared and able to answer questions. He presents the information in an interesting and comprehensive way. The tour moves along at a comfortable pace. It is less than a half mile long and quite interesting.

Lucas was a fun and super witty guide who really knew his stuff!! He not only told us spooky stories, but had photos to prove it too. Really enjoyed learning the history of the tour stops!

Very good tour. It was nice to hear the stories about various buildings in the city, while having the opportunity to go inside etc. just the right about of walking and enjoying the evening with a nice group. We enjoyed the low-key adventure very much! Recommend!

I had a really nice ghost walk with Lucas. He was very accommodating as I needed the walk to be shorter so I could catch my flight. The walk was very informative and enjoyable. Thank you Lucas!

The tour guide Lucas was great. Didn’t realize we wouldn’t be able to go into that buildings where the paranormal activity was taking place.

We had a great experience on our tour with Lucas! My friend had actually booked for the wrong day but it was a small group so he let us tag along anyway, which I appreciate. Lucas was very knowledgeable and personable, even the stretches with "nothing to see" between spots were informative. Learned a lot of history and saw some spooky pictures (nothing in my own, bummer!) and would absolutely recommend to anyone that likes the darker side of things .

Marley was a great ghost guide and Phoenix old neighborhood was really neat to see. Had a nice night and got to get the old Phoenix vibe.
