Mount Fansipan Hike 1 Day The Roof Of Indochina

After doing some research we selected Sapa Khai Hmong Treks: and we couldnt be happier. Super smooth service start to finish, very friendly and efficient communication from Khai Thao and our guide Vang was a superstar! Kept the energy high and kept us well informed the whole way about times, altitudes, distances, information about the mountain and made a difficult trip easy. Superstars 🫶🏻

Khai has a great knowledge of the mountain and the people who live in it. Him and his family have been present in the area since decades and it was great to hear so many stories of the local life. His English was great and he was patience across the whole journey, even when we were taking a bit too many pictures or when we wanted to go slower. He was willing to let the times of our trecking change according to our preference and made us feel the whole time on ease.

Overall this trip was well organised. They arrived on time to pick us up from our hotel, they communicated clearly beforehand, and everything was as expected. The hike was tough as we wanted to hike both up and down, ending in about 23km and 1600m elevation gain. The guide was friendly, helpful and energetic. Would really recommend going with these guys!

Khai is very helpful and accomodating in arranging our last minute day hike in Fansipan. Sy, our guide, also a local from Sapa, made our day hike a good experience –from the get go, to summitting, and as we made it back to town proper. Definitely recommending Sapa Khai Hmong treks if you are looking to day hike Fansipan and nearby trekking area in Sapa.

Went for the 1 day Fansipan trek and the 1 day Lao Chai Hmong trek. Khai was very responsive and accommodative for both treks. He conversed well in English and made the treks very enjoyable for my friends and I, would definitely recommend these treks for a local Sapa experience!

My partner and I had a fabulous trip with Khai. Communication before the trip was excellent and Khai confirmed the meeting time the night before. The whole trip was very professional. khai gave us opportunities to rest and provided us with knowledge along the way. Khai also adjusted the itinerary so that we would be back in time for the bus. I would recommend Khai and his team. We also booked the Mt Fanispan hike through a different outfit but found out later it was one of Khai guides that took us up. In would recommend booking direct through Khai.

Have an awesome 2D1N Mt Fansipan hike with Khai. He was amazing and takes care of his hiking people. He prepared amazing meals during the hike as well. He will also control the hiking speed if I’m not able to catch up with him. He is awesome guy to engage him for hiking in Sapa. Khai was a great guide. Kept me safe, gave me space and time to explore/take pictures/soak in the atmosphere, and cooks well!! Did 2D1N Lao Than and 1D Fansipan with him. Different scenery and terrain, but both were great in their own right. Could not have enjoyed the mountains without Khai's support!
