Shout out to Paloma! She was such an incredible and knowledgeable guide! Thank you for such a relaxed day in the cenotes and a wonderful morning at the Mayan ruins

The tour was brilliant. First getting to the archeological site early, before the crowds was a massive plus point, it meant we got some fantastic photos opportunities. The cenotes themselves were excellent, especially the third one. The food provided was brilliant, with strong and vibrant flavours. The food is available at exactly the time we started getting hungry.

Just amazing. Carlos was so informative and explained everything! The water was beautiful and the food was top tier! I felt it was intimate and we got to the ruins early so it wasn't too packed

We had a truly wonderful tour with our amazing guide Paloma – she was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and led us through the day with great enthusiasm and insight. The tour was both informative and varied, and we learned a lot. The organization was excellent: we were picked up on time in the morning, the transport was comfortable, the snacks along the way were well planned, and thanks to the early start, there were very few other tourists – definitely a big plus! Many thanks to our very good driver Artoro! For lunch, we enjoyed delicious traditional Mexican food, a typical dessert, and locally brewed coffee – a real highlight! What impressed us most was the organization’s commitment to actively supporting local communities. We would absolutely recommend this tour!

This was one of the best investments of our trip. The location and guide made for a high quality tour. It was very comfortable and exciting for our children who are 4 and 7. Small and meaningful details, like homemade, kid friendly snacks and reusable water bottles were classy. We wish we had made time for a second tour with MexicoKanTours.

Jungle adventure tour was incredible! Nice walk through the Mayan ruins and then into the jungle for some activities including, zip lines, cenotes, canoeing and snorkelling! Thoroughly enjoyed our tour guide Miguel Angel. He was super friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Cannot recommend enough.

Disappointed by this tour. Very unprofessional guide. For a small group tour of Tulum and cenotes I expected it to be more informative. The guide, Lily spent a lot of her time joking and not explaining much about the culture/history of the site. When getting back into the van, she asked us if we wanted bananas. I said yes. She realized that there were only a few good ones left and gave them to the other guests ( Caucasian). We are 2 Asian women ( my daughter 15 ) . We felt discriminated. Instead, she just gave us granola bars, that we barely ate as they were stale. I told her about the granola bars and she just said to throw them away. This wasn’t a good experience. The rest of the tour in the cenotes was better due to the beauty of the site, not the guide. At lunch, the guide kept on talking about how she is working on her own tourist travel activities like pottery classes combined with Mayan sites and dance classes / knitting .. etc This tour gets 2 stars because of the cenotes and Tulum. The guide is very unprofessional and gets 0.
