Lost Temples Revealed: Koh Ker & Beng Mealea Jungle Journey

This full-day tour to Beng Mealea and Koh Ker was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Cambodia and much of that is thanks to our incredible guide, Mr. Ra. From the very start, Mr. Ra impressed us with his deep knowledge, professionalism and warm personality. His expertise went far beyond dates and names as he brought each site to life through rich storytelling, context and fascinating details that made the temples feel alive before our eyes. His explanations were clear, engaging and perfectly paced, striking the ideal balance between education, exploration and fun. This tour also included stops to Prasat Pram, Prasat Linga and Prasat Kamau (Black burned tower). Highly recommended!

Kohker and Bung Mealea was amazing temples also Prasat 5 and the 2 other near by was beautiful as well, great visit great tours with a professionnel tours guide Ry was well explain and take good care of us.

The experience with Ry has been amazing. He shared a lot of info not only about the temples but also about his culture, his experience growing here, etc. He made the long drive pass very quickly.

Great tour to see beautiful temples a bit farther away from the city. The drive was a little longer, but totally worth it. The temples were very interesting with not so many tourists. Ry was a great guide, had a lot of information about the sites we were visiting and also Cambodia in general. Would recommend this tour and Ry as guide.

I enjoyed the atmosphere in the historical relics. Ly-san explained about Cambodian history,nature,and culture in detail. I learned a lot. He is very kind and knowlegeable.

Koh Ker was the whole reason I wanted to visit Cambodia and I'm so glad I found this tour to do it with! Our tour guide, Kim, was great and incredibly knowledgeable, and our driver, Saray, was also so kind and considerate throughout the day. These temples are incredible and very quiet in comparison to the Angkor Wat complex. It's a long day but highly recommended.

I did three group tours while in Angkor Wat this week with Sien Reap Shuttle. I didn’t much care for my first days guide. He seemed very knowledgeable about the history of the temples but talked non stop and seemed overly concerned with taking group photos. The second day was much better, my guide’s name was Ran and i thought he did a really nice job with our group. My last day was the best. We had an amazing guide named Ry. Super nice and very knowledgeable on the temples as well, but he was also a genuine pleasure to spend the day with. (His English was also excellent) If you’re taking a group tour with this company, i hope you get him as your guide. You’ll have a great time. And if you’re going privately, ask for Ry to guide you. You’ll be happy you did!
