Excellent tour with a great guide. Participants should expect to walk over uneven surfaces. We had no trouble but anyone with mobility issues might find it challenging.

Zeffa, our guide, was great! Food with cultural and historical tidbits thrown in, made the tour fun and interesting. Zeffa knows her Greek food and its origins. Would highly recommend to anyone. I took the evening tour and we were all full by the end of the evening. All the food was delicious! We’re even planning to stop in at some of the places later on in our visit.

We had a very fun time with Zefi------she had a lot to say about the food history of Athens-----and the tour included an excellent selection of locations and foods----hoping to revisit some of the spots in the next few days! Well worth it !

The dinner at Ella was fantastic. As was the spanakopita at Bougatsadiko Psirri. However, the charcuterie tray at ERGON House was different to eat standing and balancing on a napkin in the back corner at the deli counter. Would have also appreciated a beverage to go with this as advertised.

From the start the guide was very informative and friendly, the places visited were so hospitable and welcoming, we learned so much about Greek cuisine and had the opportunity to sample many delicious foods . Thank you for a fun evening

It's a nice way to get to know the city if you haven't been before or wondering what to eat while you stay here.

Excellent tour , would highly recommend. Local specialties we would have never tried on our own like the spicy pastrami with turmeric and cumin . Great post tour suggestion for gyros - Hoocut !

We have done food tours in several European cities and this one was very average compared to others we’ve taken, especially for the price paid. Our host was not super engaged, and never even shared a bite of food or drink with us, which actually made me a bit uncomfortable. The planned dessert stop was closed, so the guide found another, ordered our food, then was off. I would not recommend this tour as I believe there are others that would have better food and interaction.

Interesting food tour in Athens. Tasted a bit of all of the traditional foods. Loved seeing some “off the beaten path” spots that we would have never found on our own.
