Meteora is beautiful. Chose a day trip because I didn't have a lot of time. I personally would not recommend doing it in one day because you're spending over 9 hours in a bus (and in my case with sick passengers who were coughing and sneezing the whole way) but our guide Maria was great

There are some hills and stairs and a lot of walking so be prepared. But, this was amazing. The scenery, the history - fabulous. And our tour guide was fantastic!!

A great tour of monasteries. Be prepared for about 4 1/2 hour ride. Break at 1/2 way point. Lot's of stairs and don't look for an elevator !

Lovely trip to get to know the monasteries and see mainland Greece. Comfortable bus, excellent lunch (even for vegetarians), great tour guide. I would recommend it.

Indescribable! Beautiful, awe inspiring- incredible. The tour needs to slow down a little and it would be nice if the guide would go inside with us to explain what we are looking at!

Shout out to Dimitri! Passionate, energetic, great hospitality, sensational photo taking skills. Very worth it to do the private tour if want to have a more in-depth, comprehensive experience to Meteora

Fantastic but very tiring day. Scenery is to die for and visits to the monasteries very interesting. Our guide and driver were amazing.

First, I should point out it’s a long day, with a lot of travel time. However, the bus was comfortable, with Wi-Fi and charging ports, and our driver and tour guide were great-knowledgable and friendly! We got to visit three monasteries, and the views were spectacular! Definitely worth the travel time!
