It was full pack trip, money well spent. Horse ride, local store, coffee and cocao processing, lunch was delicious, most importantly our driver/ tour guide Wester is kind, very friendly, we feel safe with him and superb on showing us important establishments along our trip. My family enjoyed our tour.

Worth it I feel! I will say that our tour guide didn’t give as much history on the places we visited as other tour guides but our group was 7 (small) so we kind of merged with another (much larger) group and their tour guide gave the spiels. This is the order we went in (horse back riding, religious structure, gift shopping, traditional market, ranchero style buffet, traditional house, cigar factory, beach). My favorite part was seeing the market. It’s very touch and go, no stopping but it was wonderful to view. It is more like a full day thing but we planned on that so we were fine, we left at 730 and got back around 300. The buffet was good, there was a delicious chicken option (i don’t eat red meat). Macao beach was nice, there was a bit of seaweed but it smelled fine and the water was nice

Fun and informative tour. Guide was amazing. Be sure you are good for some walking and a little heat but it's the Dominican you should know it's hot.

Our tour driver was amazing. It was a hot day and he constantly made sure we had cold water. As we drove to the different location he stopped and explained different parts of the city. I felt like I knew information like a local. He was funny and personable. I enjoyed every location we explored. Highly recommended!!

I had an amazing time on this half-day cultural tour! It was the perfect mix of learning, exploring, and enjoying the local Dominican culture. From visiting traditional homes to tasting fresh coffee and cocoa, every part of the tour felt authentic and thoughtfully planned. Special shoutout to our guide Robinson, who truly made the experience even better! He was knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly welcoming—his passion for his country really shined through and made us feel connected to the culture on a deeper level. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Punta Cana who wants to experience more than just the beach. It’s a beautiful glimpse into the heart of the Dominican Republic.

100% recommend! Sandi and Franklin were the best! They were very nice, polite, and charismatic! The tour did not feel like a half day tour in the slightest! If I ever come back to this country, I would take this tour all over again! Sandi and Franklin, thank you so much for making our day so memorable! I hope you have a blessed life!

From start to finish, this half-day cultural safari exceeded all our expectations! If you're visiting Punta Cana and want to truly experience the heart and soul of the Dominican Republic, this is the tour to book — and we were lucky enough to have Francisco as our guide. Francisco was absolutely phenomenal — warm and so passionate about his country and culture. He made everyone feel welcome. You could tell he genuinely cared about sharing an authentic experience with us. We learned about traditional Dominican farming and coffee production, and even got to taste some of the best fresh chocolate and fresh fruit we've ever had. What really stood out was how immersive and respectful the tour was. It felt meaningful, not touristy, and we walked away with a deeper appreciation for the Dominican way of life. Francisco made it unforgettable. If you’re looking for a genuine, educational, and fun cultural experience — don’t hesitate. Book this tour and ask for Francisco!
