Did the 3 cities vintage bus tour with David and was really enjoyable. Approx two hours driving around some of the smaller back streets of Sliema/Valletta and taking in the sights. Well worth a trip.

The seat was surely not the most comfy but the guide was really good , an easy way to see the 3 cities with my little one without exhausting too much ourself . I will say it was like going by in time with this bus really interesting

Booking & transfer - smooth. Though there was no pick up & drop from our hotel, the bus transfer (to the start point at the ferry) was simple enough. They suggested we get a free ride on the hop on bus & the driver announced when to get off. Then, a quick 80 m walk to where you see the bus parked. Tour- live commentary so that's a plus, but more perspective of history needed. They overbook tickets so they turned people away, ruining their plans. Tour stop was at a really dusty square. So though it was central, it did not make any sense as it was almost a construction site. Could have picked better sites as there were a few nice ones. Just a couple of photo stops , we could have done a few more. The seats had cushions so it was comfy, but since its vintage, do not expect leg space.

Great experience with our enthusiastic driver and guide David. He moves his way through the traffic while telling stories about the areas we are passing. Pit stop of 30min at Vittoriosa with time for a walk in thus nice city. Thank you, David !

First off ~ we were welcomed with such wonderful warmth & humour from our very knowledgable and informative guide; found out many things re the history of Malta of which we wouldn't have discovered had we not taken this trip! Went on many other adventures around the islands but this was magical. Bus was a bit rickety, original frame with an updated engine. But even with my osteoarthritis issues i still enjoyed this immensely. In gratitude and humility to you for sharing such precious gifts with us! We are honoured to have met you kind sir. Helen and Elaine t's'ons.

Nice 2 h tour with David, the places are amazing and you have 30 min free time to wandering on the small streets of Victoriosa. Need more informations about the buildings/history during the tour. 18 euro/person Pickup near the hotel and also drop off (at 15.00, 16.00 or 18.00), very nice!

We had david as our driver and he was awesome! it was convenient (picking us up close to our home), personalized (he showed us how to easily get to the science museum and then let us join the tour later to get back) and it was definitely was the BEST way to see the 3 cities. highly recommend

Hotel pick-up didn't go to plan, not as what was promised but not to worry, caught the vintage bus on time. David, the Maltese driver was excellent, a nice guy and formative. Once I got on the bus, the excursion was excellent and just what I'd expected. Rated 4, because of the pick-up mix up. In hindsight, I would have made my own way to get on the vintage bus in Sliema.

Recently restored vintage bus from the 50s was gorgeous and the driver was very friendly . A good and convenient way to see the Three Cities in the heat!

We chose this trip because we hadn't spent much time in the Three Cities on prior trips to Malta, and the vintage bus was a fun twist. It was nice, and we heard some interesting facts about the history of this area. Things to be aware of: The driver is a man of few words. He might come off as gruff to some, doesn't give a ton of information, just highlights, and can't answer questions while driving. The 90-minute tour includes a 20-minute stop in Birgu, where a bathroom stop is offered, provided you go to a café and purchase something. For the price, though, for us it was okay, and we didn't mind helping to keep that vintage bus running.
