We had a wonderful tour in Egypt with our guide Mimo. Mimo explained everything in clear and easy English, so even we Japanese travelers could understand very well. Before the tour started, he carefully explained the schedule and details, which made us feel relaxed and well prepared. During the tour, he kindly took many photos for us and always cared about our comfort. He never asked for tips, and we truly enjoyed spending time with him in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Thanks to Mimo, we had a great and memorable experience. Highly recommended guide!

This tour is an excellent way to experience Cairo and the surrounding areas in two days. Our amazing guide, Michael, was very knowledgeable and flexible to our requests. I really enjoyed the exposure to the food and culture!

The tour was well-structured, with the flexibility to change things slightly. Squeezing all these incredible sites into two days was always going to be busy, exhausting, yet exhilarating. It was great that we could see as much or as little as we wanted. We had the best guide, Zenab. Luckily, we were the only ones on our tour. Zenab has over 20 years of experience as an Egyptologist. She knows her country well and speaks English fluently. She offered valuable advice, especially on dealing with hagglers and sellers and where to buy good quality souvenirs. Her honesty and patience were endless and much appreciated, especially with our energetic kids. The kids immediately took to Zenab due to her friendly and easy-going nature, which helped us parents enjoy ourselves even more. She was also generous enough to take candid photos of our family throughout the tour. We had the best experience!

A well structured tour, with flexibility to change it up a bit. Squeezing all these incredible sites into 2 days was always going to be busy and exhausting yet exhilarating. So it was nice that we could see as much or as little as we wanted to. We had the best guide, MAHMOUD HOKA, and driver, also called Mahmoud. And luckily, we were the only ones on our tour. Mahmoud Hoka has over 15 years experience as an Egyptologist. He knows his country and speaks English very well. He was forthcoming with advice, especially on how to deal with hagglers and sellers and where to buy the good quality souvenirs. His honesty and patience was endless and much appreciated, especially with our crazy kids. The kids took to Mahmoud Hoka immediately with his friendly and easy going nature which helped us parents enjoy ourselves. He was also generous enough to take candid photos of our family throughout the tour. We had the best experience!

This was an excellent tour. If you are short on time - this is the tour for you - it covers a lot of Giza and Cairo. Our guide was very experienced, and coached us on everything to tipping, bartering, and what to expect in the bathrooms! Zeinab was very knowledgeable in Egyptian history and artifacts. We also visited a number of stores of interest to our group for specialty items.

Nour and our driver Peter were amazing guides! We could not have asked for a better experience. They were very accommodating to my older parents' needs for frequent bathroom breaks and slower pace, without compromising on the experience for the rest of us. Nour was very knowledgable about all of the sites and took many family photos for us. Peter was a safe driver and always picked us up after our sightseeing very promptly and conveniently, so that our walking in the heat was minimal. Both of them recommended excellent and affordable lunch options. 100% would recommend this tour to anyone.

A trip of culture, history and wonder. Mahmoud Hoka, you were fabulous; knowledgeable, patient, meticulous and thoughtful. I learnt so much not just about ancient Egypt but about Egyptian culture. Thank you Amr, for your safe driving. Salaam

Descending 140 ramp steps into the Red pyramid narrowly beat out the thrill of learning about Cairo traffic: cars don't drive inside lines (in fact most wide roads have no line markings ) and rarely signal, cars come up on your left and turn across your bow through 90 or 180 degrees, traffic passing through multilane intersections with no stop signs where cars may slow but not stop from all four directions, treating the tuktuks that scoot around you like buzzing flies, plus motorbikes and horse drawn carts, and people chatting on their phones who walk casually through active traffic. Repositioning (since lane change has no meaning) happens every five seconds in busy areas. Wow!!! I was told it's like a video game, driving with four pair of eyes, learning the rhythm, and nobody appeared impatient. You'll find the day is long though you return to your hotel late afternoon briefly each day. The first day is the hard one with a lot of heat to bear and water to drink. Not all roses. The "learn how papyrus is made" is a sham demo in a beautiful papyrus shop with rip off pricing. You'll see street vendors at the market with apparently the same product at far lower prices. Also the 30 minute camel ride turned into a pleasant 15 minute one instead. When I pointed this out, our guide said no problem to get back on for more. I think she and the camel driver knew this was going to happen. A bonus for us was discovering our guide Manar has a heart for the many feral dogs and cats in Cairo and she handed out fresh bought buns by the bag load everywhere and was often recognized for this. Great respect for congenial and skilled driver Essan who may be one of the only people in Cairo who wears a seatbelt.
