1. The Malaysia National Zoo, also known as Zoo Negara Malaysia, is located in the town of Ulu Klang, just outside Kuala Lumpur. Spread over 110 acres of land, it is one of the biggest zoos in Southeast Asia.

The zoo is home to over 5,000 animals from more than 500 different species. Some of the most popular animals at the zoo include elephants, tigers, lions, giraffes, zebras, orangutans, and various species of birds and reptiles.

One interesting fact about Zoo Negara Malaysia is that it has the largest walk-in aviary in the world. Known as the Hornbill Park, it houses over 20 species of hornbills and other birds.

Another interesting feature of the zoo is the giant panda conservation center. Visitors can see the adorable giant pandas, Xing Xing and Liang Liang, who are on loan from China as part of a breeding conservation program.
