Punta del Este: Exklusive Tages-Erlebnisreise ab Montevideo

Die Tour war sehr gut und holte uns in unserem Hotel ab. Wir hörten dann unserem Führer zu, der die Reiseroute und ein bisschen Geschichte erklärte. Unsere erste Station war Piriapolis, was charmant war. Wir gingen zum Gipfel des Cero, um eine großartige Aussicht und Gelegenheit zum Fotografieren zu haben. Die Tour führt Sie zum Casapueblo, eine erstaunliche Hommage an den berühmten Künstler Carlos Paez Vilaro. Es sieht aus wie Santorini auf Steroiden. Wir gingen dann durch die Seitenstraßen von Punta del Este und unser Führer erklärte, warum es die Heimat der "Reichen und Berühmten" ist. Wir hielten in der Nähe von Play Brava an und hatten etwas Zeit zum Fotografieren und für einen Snack. Es ist eine lange Tour, aber es lohnt sich.

Beautiful, relaxing, and well-planned trip. The two stops before reaching Puntal del Este were perfect, and visiting Casapueblo was the highlight of this trip. Plenty of time to have lunch and walk around. Guide and driver were courteous, nice, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Great day visiting the beach city. Beautiful scenery and people. So happened thst the weather was absolutely perfect on the day of the visit. Ian our tour guide was excellent in guiding us through the tour. He was extremely knowledgeable on all things Uruguay.

The locations were okay, but the van wasn't comfortable, the driving wasn't smooth (or fast, but I think that's because of the speed limits). The guide, Marcela, was friendly but just kept droning on and on about SO MUCH, way too many details about uninteresting things, like telling us the years these buildings were built, how many people work in the hotels, what amenities each seaside community has, if the furniture is American... It was information overload, not curated at all. A constant running dialogue through a poor quality microphone, making it hard to understand (especially because she would switch from English to Spanish to Portuguese without alerting us). And then for at least 15 minutes towards the end, she did the same thing, but it was advertisements for restaurants / bars / tours, presumably that her company also offers. I didn't pay for a tour to hear ads, so I put my earphones in. Oh and finally, 40 minutes is not enough time for Casapueblo, which is expensive enough to get in ($15 US) and has a documentary that lasts for almost half the time you have there...

Best day of my life. The tour was incredible the views were incredible and breathtaking. The guide explained everything so well. I loved it.

Marcella was very friendly and the tour very well organised. Punta del este was beautiful. Very worth the money.

Pros Coach good quality and comfortable seats Guide did translate his talk to English for us Cons We were one of the first to be picked up at 8am then spent 2 hours picking up others 1st stop at pereapolis hill was 15 minutes 2nd stop at museum 30 minutes so no time to go in Eventually get to Punta del Este at 1.30 to leave again at 4pm Dropped back at 7pm 7 1/2 hours travel is too long Suggest you take local bus then you can spend the day in Punte del Este

The bus was packed, and we passed some nice places only by bus instead of having 10 min walk around them. Unfortunately, we had 3hr free time at punta del este when 2 hrs were more than enough and the extra hour could've been spread on other locations instead of passing by them by the but. The guide was friendly.

We loved Casapueblo and punta del Este and especially our tour guide Marcela! Not only was she a wealth of information about the area but she was also very helpful giving us tips and guidance.

Great excursion exploring the coast of Rio de la Plata and ending in beautiful Punta del Este. Marcella was a fantastic guide explaining in 3 different languages. She made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. Thank you Marcella.
